Problem or Issues Addressed:

Gage County youth, young adults, and adults engage in a high number of unhealthy behaviors including Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) use, truancy, and criminal activity. A culture of community acceptance for these issues perpetuates the problems. Agencies need to have a better understanding of each others efforts and limitations to effectively address the community issues.

Engage community cooperation around the issues needing to be addressed

Strive for balance between the socio-economically diverse segments of our communities
